We start at former Blue Hill Hotel cross river Sagana via a suspension bridge. The trail then leads to the base of the forest, where we find, with each step, we are rewarded with the beautiful views of Kilimambogo, the Aberdares and the Mwea plains.
The view of the river below on its way to the Indian Ocean is a sight to behold. But wait till we get to Kiamuti Forest where you will witness the marvels of mother nature.
After exiting the forest, we meet a century old railway line that leads us to Jangwani waterfalls. This could well be one of the most beautiful sections of this Hike. If we're lucky to catch a sunset here, it would be nothing short of MAGICAL!
