1. Services Provided
A. Air Ticketing. FBA tours and travel has offered air ticketing services for over 10 years to our clients. We deal directly with the airlines hence leading to faster delivery of services. Ability to obtain better deals hence more competitive in the market and ability to provide services. Transfers and Transport Services. FBA Tours and Travel organizes for transport and transfers services for you. We have available to us 4 wheel drive vehicles, saloon cars, 8-9seaters tour vans with pop up roof for ease of game viewing, 9seater Land cruisers with pop up roof also best for game view and 19-33seaters luxury buses. We also provide V.I.P treatments as per the client request. C. Hotel Reservations. Hotel reservations are key services we give to all our clients travelling to various destinations both local and international. This has been made possible through signing of agreements with various hotels in Kenya and Eastern Africa and work with various partners worldwide. We ensure all our clients get the best accommodation they require in their intended destination. The reservations made are based on your needs I.e 3, 4 or 5 Stars hotels or apartments where necessary. The hotels we work with are high standard hotels recommended for travel and those that have maintained a high standard of service delivery over the years of operation. We ensure that your reservation is in a hotel that befits your needs and budget. D. Visa Processing. Fly Beyond Africa Tours and Travel organizes for visa processing for passengers travelling with us for embassies that do not require the presence of the traveler at the embassy. All the requirements for application of the visa shall be collected from your offices and application will be taken to the relevant embassy. Updates on the delivery date of the passport with the visa will be given to you together with updates on the other reservations related to the visa applications I.e Ticketing reservations and hotel bookings. Once released by the embassy we shall deliver the passport and related reservations confirmations to your offices. E. Local Tours and Safaris

We prepare customized itineraries for our clients enabling them tour various destinations during their visits whether for business or leisure. Highly qualified driver guides will accompany you through the journey and will provide you with any relevant information you need during your tour i.e information when in the national parks. Fly Beyond Africa Tours and Travel has over 10years of operation organizing group travel to various destinations worldwide. Some of the destinations includes; Thailand, China, South Africa, Dubai, Turkey, Egypt and Israel. The tours are organized for various purposes including Leisure, Business, Educations, Honey Moon and Exposure tours. Among the services that we provide during group tours includes; Visa processing, Transfers arrangements, Hotel bookings, Air ticketing and Site seeing during the visit to any country. F. Conference Arrangements
Fly Beyond Africa Tours and Travel organizes for conferences for its clients. The conference arrangements are done to your specifications and at the locations of your choice (we can provide suggestions on suitable locations). We have organized for conferences of up to 100 participant in Nakuru, Naivasha, Nairobi and Mombasa and we have done all of them to the satisfaction of our clientele. When organizing for this service we fully involve the responsible persons in our clients’ offices to ensure all arrangements meet their requirements. With this service we look to enable your purpose for the conference and hence achievement of the same through careful and detailed planning of the same. G. Group Travel:
Fly Beyond Africa Tours and Travel handles group travel for its clientele both local and international travel. We organize groups for conferences, Leisure, business travel and family gatherings. We have had over 6years experience handling such tours. We have the capability of handling all the activities involved in organizing the group travel form:
i. Group air tickets: we shall negotiate for favorable group rates for the group travel with the respective airlines to the destinations. ii. Accommodation: We shall provide accommodation close to the venue or at the venue of the conference. We shall provide to you a member of our staff to accompany your group participants. iii. We shall organize for transfers to and from the conference area where the hotel is not the venue of the conference. iv. Pre booking of the venue: where necessary we shall advise and book conference venues within the regions selected for the conferences. v. Travel Insurance: Travelers inbound into Kenya and out bound can be provided with travel insurance where necessary. H. Free travel Information. Fly Beyond Africa Tours and Travel provides free travel information to enable our clients plan for their travel. I.e Currency exchange rates estimates, weather, time difference, length of travel time, approximate cost of travel to given destinations and visa requirements to travel to a destination among other travel related information.
