Following concerns raised over the ongoing works and structures along Nyali Links Road, the Kenya Coast Tourist Association (KCTA) and the Nyali Residents Association led a roundtable meeting with the Mombasa County Department of Transport & Infrastructure, headed by CEC Hon. Dan Manyala and Eng. Migosi.
Key issues discussed included traffic flow, safety, and sustainability. The Department outlined the project scope and reaffirmed its commitment to the safety of all road users.
After lengthy deliberations, it was agreed that stakeholder engagement will continue to address emerging concerns, while the contentious matter of flower pots remains under technical review

His unwavering commitment to inclusivity and equitable development transformed Kenyaโ€™s political and socio-economic landscape. At the Coast, we remember his steadfast support for regional growth and devolution, which continue to empower our communities and the tourism sector.
