Lagoon 400 Owners Version For Saleā¦.
Launched in 2013, our huge spec owners version āReel Riddimā is now sadly for sale. A far from average lagoon 400, she has just undergone a huge amount of work over the last 2 years and she needs for nothing! Tens of thousands have been spent on her to get her bluewater ready but unfortunately we have to return the U.K due to family issues.
As we are walking away from the cruising life, the boat will come with 2 full sets of dive equipment and cylinders, 2x paddle boards, snorkelling equipment, some kitesurf equipment, tons of new spare sheets and halyards, 2030 EPIRB, tons of cleaning equipment, tools, tons of engine spares, watermaker spares, filters and oils etc. I seriously canāt list everything, you could literally move aboard, not have to buy a thing. The inventory list on here will be a big one!

Launched 1 month ago with fresh saildrive diaphragm seals, input shaft seals, output shaft overhauled and new seals, new anodes and fresh premium antifoul.
I have turned the 3rd bow cabin into a ātech roomā which still can be used a single cabin now, although the shelves and equipment can be easily removed with no damage to walls etc and turned back to a full double cabin. All the storage tubs, tools, spares and equipment will come with the sale. Everything you could possibly need is there!
I had a full marine survey done last year, July 2022 which was requested by my insurance. The survey was virtually impeccable and I will share this with only serious buyers.
Virtually everything has been replaced new within the last year which we sadly wonāt get to use ourselves, including new sails, new black trampoline, new 7kg washing machine, new propellers, diamond stay rigging replacement, new flooring throughout, new Sunbrella full helm enclosure, new Sunbrella sailbag Oct 23, new cockpit cushions, new helm seat, new sheets and halyards throughout, every single toilet hoses and electric pumps have been replaced including discharge, so no bad smells! The list goes on and onā¦ We refitted this boat for our use, not to sell, and I have OCD so it had to be right. Even the bilges and engine bays are polished and waxed, completely immaculate inside! I am a huge fan of preventive maintenance rather than wait till something breaks or plays up, so every inch of the boat and systems get regular love!

Downsides, not a lot to be honest.. the liferaft is just out of service from June this year. Iāve been priced ā¬350 to have done in St Maarten. (Currently south)
The dinghy isnāt shiny and new but itās still good for years yet. I genuinely canāt think of many other downsides unless I start nitpicking at age related wear and tear.
Purchase will be in GBP. Priced to sell at Ā£285,000 EU Tax Paid.
Iāve advertised in USD also as a guide price and Facebook wonāt let me change the currency for some reason.
There is no finance. She is British flagged on the SSR register and have all docs at hand. Privately owned. Never been chartered. Never been in a hurricane as only came to the Caribbean last year.
