We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Coffee Head Barista to lead our specialty coffee program. Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and supervise a team of baristas, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure consistent high-quality coffee preparation.
Coffee Program Development:
Curate and expand the specialty coffee menu, staying abreast of industry trends and sourcing high-quality beans.
Develop unique and innovative brewing methods to showcase the distinct flavors of each coffee origin.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures for all coffee-related products.
