At Tafaria Castle near Nyahururu is this Lovers rock,where two love birds can exchange vows and lock a padlock on these wires,then do away with the key forever like they have done away with having other partners😂.Their names are inscribed on the padlock for the whole world to see.

The smallest church in East Africa lies at the heart of the Rift Valley,near Mai Mahiu,Kenya.
Also known as The Travellers Chapel,it is a Catholic church built by Italian prisoners of war in 1942 and can hold only 12 people.But where two or three are congregated in the name of The Lord He is there amongst them.
The Italians had been captured by the British and were working on the Mai Mahiu road,and because unlike the British(who were Anglicans) they were Catholics and so they built their place of worship under strict supervision.
There are numerous inscriptions and symbols on the walls,rich of history and a glimpse of the need of God in life back then.
You can hold a wedding in the church,either come with your priest or organize with the local parish for the resident priest.

Lisa Medina(lying on the bed) has the title of the official youngest mother ever recorded in the world.Aged 5 years,7 months and 21 days,she gave birth to a baby boy on 14th May 1939 through a Caeserian section.Science and medicine explained the case as due to precocious puberty,where reproductive organs mature at a very early age.But still,someone had in*******se with a minor when she was only 4☹.The boy grew up knowing the mother as a big sister.
She comes from Peru and does not talk to the media about that issue.She deserves her peaceful full and happy life.

Whilst The Black Mamba is the most dangerous snake in the world,The Inland Taipan is the snake with the most toxic vemom of all.That is a whole difference!One bite can kill 100 people.And if thats not enough credit to go boasting around in the reptiles annual meetings,the venom also has a 'spreading factor',,it spreads and gets absorbed extremely fast.All that struggle just to make sure you are dead!!.
Luckily,it is extremely rare to come across it,it is a quite shy snake,and without saying anything much,yes it is found in Australia and Australia only.

MV Doña Paz sinking on the morning of 20th December 1987 in the waters of Philippines remains the worlds deadliest non military maritime accident.The ferry collided with an oil tanker MT Vector that was carrying 1,041 tonnes of gasoline.
The total fatalities was 4,386 people with only 26 rescued from both vessels.The coalition quickly caused a huge fire on both vessels and in the sorrounding waters,combined with no action from Dona Paz crew to coordinate escape for the passengers,they stood no chance of survival.The crew were not in their work stations when the accident happened.
To worsen the situation,the ferry was grossly overloaded carrying over 4,000 people with only 1,493 officially recorded.Interestingly,the owner company of Dona Paz was involved in other 4 deadly shipping accidents in 11years leading to a death toll of around 5,000 people.

Meet the 'Usain Bolt'river,the fastest river in Africa.Its waters from start to end are always in a hurry,probably delivering the secrets of the ranges to the ocean on time?Its official name is Gura river.It is found in Nyeri and Nyandarua counties of the great Kenya.It starts deep inside the Aberdare Ranges all the way to the mother of all rivers,River Tana.Gura river also prides of the highest single drop waterfall in the country,The Gura Giant Falls standing at a whooping 302 metres.
They missed this on our Geography books,or they forgot and instead focused on the Tropic of Capricorn😏

Your pens and books please!.There are 5 species of the rhino in the world.Two are found in Africa,3 are found in Asia.In Africa we have the Black and The White Rhino,in Asia we have the Sumatran,Javan and the greater one-horned rhino.Africa is our business.The white and the black rhinos are further divided to subspecies,the white having the Northern and Southern white rhinos.There are only 2 remaining Northern white rhinos,both females,named Najin and Fatu found in Olpajeta Nanyuki.The Southern White rhinos are doing well in protected areas.The Black rhinos population is a little bit higher,though still critically endangered.The subspecies are Eastern black rhino,Southern Central and the South Western black rhino.
I will talk about the differences between the two African rhinos in a separate post.

The Southern Cassowary is known as the worlds most dangerous bird.It is a flightless and naturally shy bird native to Australia and New Guinea.But when provoked,the drama series of talons and beak starts.They posses 4inch long dagger sharp talons which are used to puncture and tear the threat apart,including human beings.When doing this,they jump so high that it is reported one cassowary slit the throat of a teenager with the talons.

Other birds that can be dangerous include the ostrich and the emus.Stay at a safe distance.

The spotted hyena.Takes the award of being among Africas top predators.The female is the absolute queen,she leads the clan and in absolute defiance of other animals way of life;the male hyena is at the lowest level in the family.They live in clans,in dens,where they raise their young ones.The level status of a young one depends on the level of the mother's status;hence the offspring of the queen is in the top level.
The female genitalia is one of a kind,the female have a pe**le cl****is that protrudes outside the body and during the act,the male has to insert its organ at the tip.It is one of the most tedious sexual act in kingdom animalia.More often than not,the female gets bored and just walks off.

The Mundari tribe of South Sudan.Known to breed the Ankole Watusi cattle,cattle whose horns grow as long as the love the tribe gives them.Being their most precious assests,the cattle are massaged several times a day using ash to protect them from insects.In return,cow urine is used to wash and drink.Yes,they mix the urine with yoghurt to make a delicious brew.The antiseptic nature of the urine keeps their skin free of pests and wounds,and also turns their hair brown,something that they value so much.I mean why go for expensive hair dyes?
Their lives are being slowly modernized,but before then,they are living the best life as handed down by their ancestors.
