Our Nairobi National Park Day trip went very smoothly and the group had a wonderful experience.

Everything ran seamlessly. The drivers were punctual, handled the park entrance ticketing process exceptionally well, and were generally very responsive to our needs.

Carnivore Restaurant was fully prepared for our group. The tables in our reserved section were neatly laid out, and the overall feedback regarding the food and service was very positive.

We recently had the pleasure of having Travel Affairs organise our family trip to Morocco, and I can honestly say that everything was handled to the highest standard from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived in Morocco until the time we left, everything was extremely well organised and well coordinated. The hotels, transfers, tours and overall itinerary were all arranged perfectly, which allowed us as a family to simply relax and enjoy the trip without having to worry about the logistics.

I would especially like to thank Kavita from Travel Affairs, who was the person I dealt with throughout the booking and planning process. She was absolutely exceptional—professional, responsive, patient and extremely helpful. She understood exactly what we wanted and made sure everything was arranged according to our requirements.

The attention to detail and level of service we received made a big difference to our experience. It was clear throughout the trip that everything had been carefully planned and coordinated.
