Enjoy a Full Day Tour of Kimunguri Tea Farm

Kimunguri Farm is located on the banks of Ndakaini Dam with amazing views of the Island and green tea farms. Enjoy a full-day tour of the tea zones in Makomboki – Ndakaini located at the foot of the Aberdares Ranges.

Tour Summary:
7:00 am: Pick up at your City Hotel or at Our Meeting Point at the City Center.
7:30 am: Depart for Kimunguri Farm
9:00 am: Begin Tea Plantation Tour
12:00 pm: Head to the Tea buying Center
1:00 pm: Factory Tour & Tea Tasting.
2:30 pm: Lunch
3:30 pm: Ndakaini Dam Picnic Team Building Activities & games.
6:30 pm: Drive back to Nairobi.
7:30 pm: Drop off at the City Center or Toque Hotel for Mbuzi Party.

Estimated Tour Time: 12 hours.

*Detailed Itinerary:*
Our tour takes you through the process of plucking tea leaves from the farm, taking your harvest to the tea buying center and a factory tour where you get a chance to see the processing of the leaves to the final product found at home. Tea tasting follow. Do not leave without buying some packets.

Later head out for lunch, then do alot of team building activities & fun games, take a pleasant tour with a short walk at the Famous Ndakaini Dam.

FYI;- Ndakaini Dam is the major supply of water to Nairobi City Residence.

It is also the host to the annual Ndakaini Half Marathon.

After all this the games and the fun, we drive back to the City where you get dropped at the city hotel, or at Toque Lounge to continue the night with a relaxed lovers party.
