Scouts wee!!! if u saw tha west gate rescue team an
tha first aiders wat would u ask ua self as a rover
scout????
where were you?
Where were we?
Why can't we start an initiative for responce unit ata
k**a ni Nairobi then the rest of the counties follow?
What are we lacking that we can't do what St.Johns
and Red Cross are doind yet we have numbers???
Its was so sad and i almost broke up looking at the
way we as Rover Scouts sat down back at home and
yet we can participate in such tragedy.... I ask
again.!!!
WHAT ARE WE LACKING?
Dear Mr.Chief Commissioner with all due respect Sir,
we as Rovers despite MOTTO,we doint have a
guideline to what we are expected to do when and
where..kindly Sir do something for the Rovers of this
country to start a Responce Unit and let the HQ
provide the neccessary facilities becouse i am sure
the Rovers can manage it if given the best
guideline...Thnk u all an lets do somethng
