Kongoni Africa Safaris is a fully fledged tour Operations Company established in May 2009 in Nairobi, Kenya. We offer the following list of services: Car hire, ground safaris, flying safaris, hotel reservations, flight ticketing, tour and translator guides in various foreign languages -Japanese, French, German and Spanish, with prior arrangements.
Our goal is to offer a quality and authentic safari experience in the East African region, as per our slogan “Quality services assured”
Our main core/activity in the market is to provide the most efficient, hassle-free and memorable safari packages to our esteemed clients.
We work with finger-picked and top-notch stakeholders in the market: hoteliers, car hire companies, game parks, and airliners, including a team of well-informed professional safari/driver guides.
We are located in the Gigiri area, North West of the city/Nairobi, detached from the ever-busy central business district. Our physical address is as indicated above.
Our product ranges from Airport transfers, hotel reservations, city tours, excursions, overnight safaris, ground & fly-in packages, ornithological safaris, historical and cultural tours, beach holidays, group inclusive tours in East Africa & car hire services, etc.
We are supplied by a group of reliable partners namely; Kenya Wildlife Services, Serena Hotels & lodges, Utalii Hotel, Sarova Hotels & Lodges, AA-lodges, Best-western Hotels, Air Kenya, Safari Link, Renegade-air, Call a Ride car hire, Salient car hire, Safe ride car hire, Carnivore restaurant among others.
We have legally binding contract agreements between us and all our partners/suppliers. Once signed, this contractual agreement creates a promise that certain rights and obligations will be fulfilled by each party. In the event of booking cancellations, mechanical breakdown, change of itineraries, amendments, etc.

Excluded:
