Success.
Gura Hydropower Plant is constructed by VS Hydro in Kenya. The visit has the purpose of due diligence of the contractor. We were surprised about the good quality of work, good site management, power house's architecture, clean works. and also good quality of equipment. The equipment are designed in Europe and partially manufactured in Sri Lanka and Europe By VS Turbo, a subsidiary of VS Hydro. The contractor have quite good work safety procedures and environmental procedures for pre-construction and construction stage. The plant will be commissioned in April 2016.
