Sit down, take in the views, and let the mountain sink in.
Give your body time to recover, catch your breath, and maybe take that energy bar for a boost.
On a trek, a simple stop is not weakness
it can be the difference between turning back and reaching the summit.
Slow down. Take it in. Keep going.
