Have you ever heard of a riding safari? ๐ŸŽ

Our new South Africa Riding Safari gives you the chance to explore the bush on horseback, getting closer to nature and experiencing wildlife from a completely different perspective.

With no engine noise, the whole experience feels quieter, slower and more connected to the landscape around you.

The trip includes four days of riding and is suitable for intermediate and advanced riders. But of course there's no pressure to spend all day in the saddle. You can ride for a few hours, then relax by the pool or head out in a safari vehicle instead.

And if it's been a little while since your last ride, that's absolutely fine. Experienced guides will be with you throughout, with safety always the priority.

A little update from our women's trip in Kenya...

Our lovely group spent the week exploring Ol Pejeta Conservancy, spotting some incredible wildlife and quickly learning that safari conversations mostly consisted of, "Did you see that?!" and "I can't believe that just happened." ๐Ÿ˜

One of the most emotional moments we had was meeting Najin and Fatu, the last two northern white rhinos on Earth!

Theย beginning - Our Riding Safari inย South Africa ๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

Iโ€™m a little behind with sharing our African journey as I have been hosting a family trip with another family but we settled into the beautiful River Lodge and The Hill, where we spent 5 days soaking up everything this special corner of South Africa has to offer.

This is a research trip for a ladies riding trip next year but also we will take a little pause, slow down, reconnect, and experience the bush at its own pace.

Our days were filled with game drives in search of incredible wildlife, while one experience weโ€™re especially excited for is heading out on horseback - a dream of mine and my girls (my husband less so ๐Ÿ˜‚).

A riding safari offers such a unique perspective - exploring the bush quietly, immersed in nature, with wildlife often far more relaxed around horses than vehicles.

In between adventures, itโ€™s been about enjoying the little moments too. Morning coffee overlooking the bush, long lunches, evenings around the fire, and watching the sun disappear below the horizon with a well-earned sundowner in hand.

One of the things we love most about these trips is discovering places that offer something truly special. Whether itโ€™s a different way to experience safari, exceptional hospitality, or simply that feeling of being completely immersed in nature, weโ€™re always looking for experiences that inspire future adventures.

Weโ€™re feeling incredibly grateful to be here and excited that some of you might take part in this journey when we release it next month.

Africa has a way of making you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and appreciate the moments that often pass us by.

Today is a great reminder of just how amazing elephants are and why protecting these magnificent animals matters.

Elephants are facing growing threats from habitat loss, human-wildlife conflict and poaching. Conservation is so important to help protect their natural habitats, support healthy populations and ensure these incredible animals can thrive for generations to come.

Every elephant matters, and every effort to protect them makes a difference. ๐Ÿ˜
