We educate each member to represent you and carry your business cards. We only allow one person per profession to join a chapter. Meetings are strictly very structured, supportive & very productive. BNI is the world's largest business referral organization! BNI has more than 150,000 members in 50 countries. Members of BNI act as a part of the marketing team for the other members of their chapter,
with the aim of securing qualified business referrals for each other. The best way to find out about BNI is to visit a chapter. Visitors may attend chapter meetings twice ONLY (one chapter twice, or two chapters once each), before they will be asked to make a decision about joining. Visitors may NOT promote their business in a chapter where their business category is represented. It is not necessary to have an invitation to visit a chapter, however it is best to contact the president of the chapter prior to the visit. BNI provides a positive, supportive, and structured environment for the development and exchange of quality business referrals. It does so by helping you build personal relationships with dozens of other qualified business professionals. Last year, members of BNI passed millions of referrals that generated billions of dollars of business for each other. Belonging to BNI is like having dozens of salespeople representing your business, and in return you are representing their businesses. What goes around comes around. The most successful chapters of BNI are comprised of participants who are sincerely committed to helping one another through networking. As a participant in BNI, you are responsible for complying with the policies and guidelines of the organization. What You Should Know
Weekly meetings last for 90 minutes. Members need to arrive on time and stay for the entire meeting. Only one person from each professional specialty is accepted into a chapter of BNI. All participants must represent their primary occupation. Attendance is critical. If you cannot attend a meeting, you may send a substitute.
