Day 01 :
Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Get picked up from your hotel in Nairobi and travel to Amboseli National Park. Arrive at the camp in time for lunch. Afterward, head out on an afternoon game drive, which will last until 6:30 PM. Spend the night at Amboseli Epic lodge.
Day 02 :
Full Day at Amboseli National Park
Spend the full day exploring Amboseli National Park, with a break to enjoy a picnic lunch. Known as “The home of elephants," Amboseli is home to some of the largest elephant herds. The park also contains vast groups of zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, and antelope. Also to be found in Amboseli are lions, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, and many species of birds. Spend the night at Amboseli Epic Lodge.
Day 03 :
Amboseli to Lake Nakuru National Park
Leave Amboseli in the morning via Nairobi for lunch, then drive to the Great Rift Valley, stopping to view the scenery along the way. Arrive at Lake Nakuru, also referred to as the Pink Lake, due to its number of flamingos. Arrive in the early evening and proceed to take a game drive, followed by dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru guest house. Lake Nakuru's claim to fame is anchored on its flamingos and the over 400 species of birds found here. The lake itself is a soda, or alkaline lake on the floor of the Rift Valley. The lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species. Spend the night at Lake Nakuru Epic Lodge.
Day 04 :
Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve
Take an early-morning game drive, where you can watch and photograph birds and animals, then have breakfast and depart for Masai Mara. Arrive there in time for lunch, then head out on an afternoon game drive. Spend the night at Mara Epic Camp.
Day 05 :
Full Day at Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, leave the camp and proceed for a whole day game drive. Enjoy a picnic lunch today, since you will also cover the Mara River. This is one of the famous rivers where the wildebeest migration takes place every year. Spend the night at Mara Epic Camp.
Day 06 :
Masai Mara to Nairobi
Take an early morning game drive. This game drive is very important as you will have an opportunity to capture glimpses of the big five, then return to the camp for breakfast. After this, head to Nairobi with a stop for lunch in Narok. Arrive in Nairobi early afternoon with a drop-off at your hotel or to the airport where your adventure comes to an end.
