*It's tender and juicy-the meat is first coated in our special meat rub(marinade) this enhances the flavour,then left to smoke slowly for a few hours.

*Falls off the bone-since its tender,your whole family will enjoy our choma without struggling,be it your children or those that are advanced in age!
