Anton bunked shool and didn’t read or write at 17 and his dad despaired so sent him off to work in the Jua Kali sector. There he discovered machinery and electricity and was smitten and had a savage desire to learn. He excelled, became the lead engineer in a diesel workshop before coming to kilifi as a sole proprietor. Hefabricates stainless steel for my boats, mends everything from icecream machines to swimming pool pumps rewires electrical motors and sorts out gps receivers and computer monitored diesel engines and is also my friend who suffers a matatu ride to visit me in hospital in mombasa
