From the creators of Saffron Villas comes a new boutique collection of ten private pool villas set on one acre of prime land with beach access in Diani Beach.
The villa pictured is Pool Villa One at Saffron Villas, part of our collection of eight private pool villas. Only one villa was released for private ownership and was successfully sold.
Fig Tree Villas will follow a similar philosophy, with only a select number of villas being made available for private ownership, preserving exclusivity and long-term value.
While inspired by the same commitment to privacy, quality and timeless design, Fig Tree Villas will introduce a new architectural direction. Our upcoming villas will be double-storey and we have a few surprises planned along the way.
The journey is just beginning. Planning, design development and sectional title processes are now underway, and we look forward to sharing the story as it unfolds.
