ITINERARY
DAY 1: This morning you will be picked up from your Hotel or residence by our driver/guide ,then proceed to Maasai Mara with brief stop at the Rift Valley Escarpment. You are expected to arrive the Lodge at 13:00 Hrs for lunch. After lunch you will enjoy hotel recreation facilities up to 16:00 Hrs when you will go for your first game drive safari.With the experience of your guide you are assured of wonderful safari. Return to the Lodge at about 18:00 Hrs for DINNER AND OVERNIGHT.
DAY 2: This morning you will wake up early in readiness for the morning game drive safari. After a cup of coffee at about 06:30 you will proceed for the safari, this morning as most of the animals are active the chances of seeing a lion hunt is high.After, you will return for breakfast, relax and enjoy recreation facilities up to 12:30 when you will have Lunch. At 16:00Hrs you will proceed for another game drive safari up to 18:00Hrs when you return to the lodge for DINNER AND OVERNIGHT.
(OPTION) After breakfast you enjoy a full day game drive safari with packed lunch and return to the lodge late afternoon.
DAY 3: This Morning you will go on a morning game drive safari at 0630Hrs and return in time for breakfast. After breakfast you will check out and proceed to Nairobi to arrive at around 14:00 Hrs.

The magic of sundowners and bush breakfast at Oserengoni

On the shores of Lake Naivasha, set on some 18,000-acre spread, is Oserengoni Wildlife Conservancy, which has become famous for its unique wildlife and spectacular views of the Great Rift Valley.

The conservancy hosts twin lodges — Chui and Kiangazi House — and stands out as the veritable oasis in the dry escarpment of the Rift Valley.

Spectacular sundowners and early morning bush breakfasts can be organised to give guests a chance to view wildlife at close quarters.

“Guests can roam the conservancy in vehicles or on foot in complete privacy and view the array of wildlife that is difficult to see elsewhere. They can explore the shores of Lake Oloidien with its flock of water fowl, including pelicans, and flamingos,".

There is also the acacia forest with is yellow-barked trees, which leopards frequent as they track their prey.”

The conservancy is home to over 45 different mammals. There are several species within the eco-system such as the Grevy’s Zebra, the Colobus monkey, leopards, lions, wild hunting dogs and the aardvark.

All these are species classified at different levels of endangerment.

The large herbivores currently being given sanctuary at Oserengoni include giraffes, buffaloes, elands, hartebeest, gazelles, zebras and hippos.

CAPTIVATING VIEWS
The sanctuary has successfully reintroduced many endangered species such as the white rhino, Grevy’s zebra, beisa oryx, wildebeest, topi, Thompson gazelles, bushback, waterbuck, Somali Ostrich and the greater kudu.

Built from simple bush stone, local acacia, olive and leleshwa woods with a twisted marula roof, the Chui Lodge has eight en-suite individual and well-spaced luxurious cottages, each with its own veranda from where guests can enjoy outstanding views of the Rift Valley escarpment and wild animals.

As for Kiangazi House, it offers rooms with similarly captivating views, not just of the Great Rift Valley, but also the shimmering waters of both lakes Oloidien and Naivasha.

Built as a sprawling ranch house, it has three double and beautifully decorated en-suite bedrooms.

There are a further four luxurious bedrooms detached from the main house, just beyond the swimming pool, with views of either the waterhole and beyond or the lush exotic gardens

NAIROBI NATIONAL PARK
Nairobi National Park is a unique ecosystem by being the only protected area in the world close to a capital city. The park is located only 7 km from Nairobi city centre. The savannah ecosystem comprise of different vegetation types. Open grass plains with scattered acacia bush are predominant. The western side has a highland dry forest and a permanent river with a riverine forest. To the south are the Athi-Kapiti Plains and Kitengela migration corridor which are important wildlife dispersal areas during the rainy season. Man-made dams within the park have added a further habitat, favorable to certain species of birds and other aquatic bio-me.The recent Lions found moving around Nairobi were from the National park. Lions

Lions are the largest big cat found in Africa. Very popular with safaris, the great predators generally live in prides of up to 3 males and a dozen females.

Most active at dawn and dusk, lions can often be found resting in the shade during the day. However, sightings are still considered rare and it is a special thing to see a pride of lions on safari.

Cheetahs and Leopards

The two other big cats found in Kenya are cheetahs and leopards. Both solitary, and hard to spot while on safari, these predators are again likely to be spotted near trees, resting in the shade.
Kenya animals

Leopards are the only big cat to take their kill up into a tree to eat and are often left bait near lodges so that tourists can catch a glimpse of the magnificent creature.

While perhaps not as exciting as the big cats, there are often opportunities to see wildebeest, gazelle, kudu and buffalo.
