price, allowing you to decide the real value of the experience. Your support will allow us to continue running the tours and spread our mission of helping people from different cultures better understand one another. We also believe you shouldn’t have to pay for the service before you have experienced it, we think you should decide how much the tour is worth when the tour is finished. It's a win-win system that relies on the goodwill of people who travel here from around the world. We are a team of local young people, born and raised in Bishkek, who have a passion for this wonderful city, and for sharing it with all our guests. Our guides, who speak fluent English and have been abroad themselves, will give you both the must-see landmarks and the local favorites! It truly brings a great pleasure to hear about impressions of one of our guests! Watch this fascinating video of Lukas Möllenbeck that reveals the beauty of our country :D

"I just wanted to show you a little edit I made about our stay in Kyrgyzstan. for explanation: we trekked around Karakol on our own route. We saw in during our trek just a few people and in the first 6 day nobody! the feeling of being alone out there was something we don't wanna miss one more time! Sitting in a German university at the moment, I start missing it very much... The boring view outside the window compared to the glaciers and wild horses in Kyrgyzstan makes me sad..."

Here is an unmarked marble palace full of chandeliered offices just west of the square, the 'White House', is the seat of the Kyrgyzstan government, including the president's office and the republic's parliament. Behind this is Panfilov Park, full of rusting rides and arcades.

Did you know there is Time Square in Bishkek too? NYC isn't the exceptional case. ;) The name of such square isn't "Times Square" but "Ala-Too Square", which means snow mountains.

Here is a picture of some part of Ala-Too square, that is located in the centre of the city. In summer, the concrete of the square's northern half is relieved by attractive floral displays and a musical fountain show.

On the Bishkek roads, you can see European and Japanese cars – and, would you believe it, Proton Wiras. The police force uses Proton, among other makes, as patrol cars!

Kyrgyzstan is known as ‘the Switzerland of Central Asia’ and it is a road less travelled. Its relatively unknown charms are well worth the visit.

Bishkek is very famous for its bazaars due to their diversity, sizes, content, where you can find pretty much anything.

Osh bazaar is the bazaar for "kuruts". They cost very cheap and can lighten up your day when you are down :).

Better then mountains can be only mountains of Kyrgyzstan, said Spanish journalist Paco Nadal. The sky looks like it is drawn, the air is crystal clear, and the guests in yurts host as in expensive hotels.

Mountains can be seen quite vividly from Bishkek. So here is a sneak-peak of how it looks like if you drive just a little out of city.

Oh, look! It must be Chicago in the middle of Central Asia!

Just kidding, it is Bishkek indeed. Photos were taken by the ProAir team to show night Bishkek. As you can see, the city is quite dynamic and has grown in terms of sizes.

There are no skyscrapers on photos but it seems like Bishkek is not lacking because of it. We hope for Bishkek's fast development and becoming one of the biggest cities of Central Asia.

P.S. The ProAir guys did a great job on capturing Bishkek from all sides :)

Everybody knows there is a Central Park in New York City; however, nobody thought of one in Bishkek. Here is our "Central Park", well it is Dzerjinka actually but who cares because it looks very much like original one and people love it.

You won't meet running people in the very early morning or evenings much but you'll definitely bump into badminton players with their tables; trampolines for kids' leisure; "babushkas" selling gum, ci******es, and "kurut" (which is national sour treat made out of milk) and couples wandering on benches.

New York City is mainstream, so please come visit Bishkek :)

Bishkek is famous for the love of its habitants towards ho**ah. Some people call it "sh**ha", others "kalyan". If you are new to the city, you could try out local ho**ah bars. Since Kyrgyzstan is in Central Asia, it is an "Eastern thing" for any bar, cafe or restaurant to have ho**ah in their menus.
