The Mongolian horse is a very ancient breed, as evidenced by many signs: frequent line following the spine, zebra stripes on the legs...

Rarely did a horse play such a historic role, since it is partly thanks to the exceptional strength of the Mongolian horse that Genghis Khan could conquer an empire from China to the heart of Europe in the 13th century!

So it's no surprise that we find some genes of Mongolian horse in many horse breeds that are found on the road of the conquering army!

Most recently, there has been attempts to cross the Mongolian horses with Arabian horses, to try to give them a little more height while maintaining their endurance qualities.

Lake Sary Chelek is one of the most beautiful lakes in Central Asia, the lake itself and the surrounding picturesque mountains being a very popular attraction of the western Tien Shan.
The water of Sary Chelek abounds in fish, while the surrounding slopes are thickly covered with raspberry bushes, which means we can enjoy fishing or picking the berries. ⠀

Have you ever tasted Samsi ? 🙈😋

Samsi also spelled samsa is an Kyrgyz food consisting of flaky pasties with various fillings, both served at ceremonies and eaten in an everyday life. Samsi may have different shapes and forms and be cooked in a multiplicity of ways.

Today’s samsa is usually filled with mutton, chicken or beef meat and one of the popular snacks in Central Asian Region. If u are in this region make sure to try this iconic food.
