Before preparing it, we demonstrate the ancient process of grinding the grains by hand using the traditional **zhargylchak** stone mill. It's more than a recipe—it's a tradition passed down through generations.

Teamwork, tradition, and the smell of fresh «boorsok».
Making boorsok is more than cooking-it's a tradition that brings everyone together. While the men prepared the fire for the «kazan» and the «samovar», the women carefully rolled out the dough, cut it into pieces, and fried each boorsok until it turned perfectly golden.
Every step was filled with laughter, teamwork, and the warmth of Kyrgyz hospitality. In the end, everyone gathered around the table to enjoy fresh boorsok together-just like family.

Our guests discovered the beautiful sounds of the
**komuz** and the **ooz komuz**, two traditional Kyrgyz musical instruments that have been part of our culture tor centuries.
The experience became even more special when we exchanged dances-first, we performed a traditional Kyrgyz dance, and then our guests from Belgium taught us one of their traditional dances. A wonderful moment of sharing cultures, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
