ការនាំចូលទំនិញក្រោមរបបប្រវេសន៍កាលិក អាចត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាត ចំពោះករណីដូចខាងក្រោម៖

១. ទំនិញសម្រាប់ដាក់តាំងបង្ហាញ ឬប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងពីធីតាំពិព័រណ៌ កិច្ចប្រជុំ ឬព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ប្រហាក់ប្រហែល ដែលមានបរិមាណសមស្រប

៥. សម្ភារសម្រាប់ផ្សព្វផ្សាយទេសចរ សម្រាប់ទាក់ទាញការទស្សនាប្រទេសផ្សេងៗទៀត

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage daily logistics operations. This role involves coordinating freight shipments, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring smooth documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Management
 Maintain strong relationships with overseas partners and co-loaders.

2. Freight Coordination & Shipment Handling
 Manage import/export freight shipments efficiently.
 Arrange bookings with carriers and co-loaders.
 Cooperate with carriers to optimize logistics operations.

3. Documentation & Compliance
 Handle pre-alert documents from overseas.
 Issue HBL (House Bill of Lading) and prepare related documents.
 Submit SI, VGM, and draft HBL to the carrier’s system.
 Ensure compliance with international logistics regulations.

4. Communication & Reporting
 Draft professional emails and correspondences.
 Prepare introductions for ship agents.
 Be able to handle operations as a ship agent, including issuing PDA (Proforma Disbursement Account) when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements:
 Any degree related in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
 5+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
 Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and international shipping procedures.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 Experience working with freight forwarder or shipping company.
 Proficiency in logistics software.
 Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
