ក្នុងនាមខ្ញុំជាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរមួយរូប សូមសម្ដែងនៅការសោកស្ដាយជាពន់ពេក ដែលប្រទេសថៃបានធ្វើការឈ្លានពានយ៉ាងឃោរឃៅបំផុត ដោយបង្ករការផ្ទុះអាវុធមុនមកលើកម្ពុជាកាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ២៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ ព្រឹកមិញនេះ,
ទង្វើគ្រប់យ៉ាងរបស់យោធាថៃ ជាទង្វើឈ្លានពាន អសិលធម៌ បំពានសិទ្ឋមនុស្ស បំពានអធិបតេយ្យភាព បូរណភាពទឹកដីកម្ពុជា មិនគោលរពច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ នាំអោយតំបន់អាស៊ានខូចសណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់ បាត់បង់សេចក្ដីថ្លៃថ្នូរ ក្នុងនាមខ្លួនតែងតែអួតខ្លួនឯងជាប្រទេសទទួលបានការអប់រំល្អ តែគ្រប់យ៉ាងវាផ្ទុយពីការពិតដែលអាចមើលឃើញច្បាស់តាមរយៈទង្វើឈ្លានពានមកលើកម្ពុជា,
សូមប្រជាជនគ្រប់ជាតិសាសន៍ជួយតាមដាននិងក្រឡេកមើលរាល់សកម្មភាពរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលថៃនិងយោធាថៃ តាមរយៈសកម្មភាពនិង សន្ទរកថាផ្សេងៗតាមបណ្ដាញសង្គមដោយមិនពិបាកស្វែងរក ពត៌មាននោះឡើយ,
ក្រុមថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំដែលមានឥទ្ឋិពលទាំងក្នុងជួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលនិងយោធាថៃ បានប្រើវោហារសព្វ អសិលធម៌ ម៉ាក់ងាយ ប្រមាថមកលើថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ប្រមាថមកលើអធិបតេយ្យភាពកម្ពុជាសុទ្ធតែប្រើត្រឹមរយៈពេលបីម៉ោងវាយចូលក្រុងភ្នំពេញ បីថ្ងៃវាយកប្រទេសកម្ពុជា រួមទាំងទ្រឹស្ដីប្រមាថដោយអសិលធម៌ផ្សេងៗជាច្រើនទៀត ដែលភាសាបែបជនពាលទាំងនេះ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា មិនដែលនិយាយនោះទេ គឺតែងតែរក្សាបាននៅសេចក្ដីថ្លៃថ្នូរឈរលើគោលជំហរគោលនយោបាយការទូតអន្តរជាតិ ក្នុងនាមរក្សាមិត្តភាពល្អនិងប្រទេសជិតខាង,
មិនត្រឹមតែប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ក្រោយការបង្កការផ្ទុះអាវុធភ្លាម ថៃបានប្រើនៅសភាវុធធន់ធ្ងន់រួមទាំង យន្តហោះចម្បាំងF-16 ផលិតដោយ សាហៈរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ដោយទង្វើនេះបង្ហាញយ៉ាងច្បាស់ថា ថៃមានចេតនាឈ្លានពានគឺមិនត្រឹមតែតំបន់មិនទាន់ដាច់ស្រេចតាមព្រំដែននោះទេ គឺបង្ហាញពីចេតនាឈ្លានពានទ្រង់ទ្រាយធំតែម្ដង,
សូមប្រជាជនទូទាំងពិភពលោកជួយ អង្កេតមើលពីចេតនារបស់ថៃអោយបានច្បាស់លាស់ តាមរយៈ សន្ទរកថាផ្លូវការរបស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកំពូលៗ រវាងថៃនិងកម្ពុជាអោយបានច្បាស់ ទើបអាចបង្ហាញនៅស្ថានភាពនិងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ជាក់លាក់ផ្លូវការដែលបង្ហាញពី ចេតនានិងគោលបំណងយ៉ាងពិតប្រាកដរបស់ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំរបស់ប្រទេសទាំងពីរ,
ក្នុងនាមខ្ញុំជាប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាមួយរូប សូមឈរលើគោលជំហររឹងមាំនិងថ្លៃថ្នូរបំផុតដែលនេះជាទង្វើរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាដែលតែងតែប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់រហូតមក សូមអោយប្រជាជនទាំងអស់លើពិភពលោក រួមទាំងប្រជាជនថៃខ្លួនឯង ចូលរួមតាមដានលើពត៌មានពិតដើម្បីបង្ហាញការពិត ដែលជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រពិតគឺកម្ពុជាមិនដែលមានប្រវត្តិឈ្លានពានប្រទេសណាឡើយ គឺមានតែត្រូវគេឈ្លានពានមិនឈប់ឈរ រហូតសល់ទឹកដីប៉ុណ្ណេះ ជាប្រទេសតែងតែរងគ្រោះហើយ ត្រូវគេលាបពណ៌ និងស្អប់ដោយគ្មានហេតុផល តើមកពីមូលហេតុអ្វី? មកពីប្រទេសខ្ញុំតូច? ឬមកពីប្រទេសខ្ញុំក្រ? សូមផ្ដល់យុត្តិធម៌មកដល់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាផងចុះ។

Message to the People of All Nations and Religions Across the World
As a Cambodian citizen, I express my deepest sorrow and profound regret over the brutal act of aggression committed by Thailand, which launched an armed attack against Cambodia on the morning of July 24, 2025.
All actions taken by the Thai military constitute an immoral invasion, violating human rights, Cambodia’s sovereignty, and territorial integrity. It blatantly disregards international law and threatens the peace and order of the ASEAN region. Although Thailand often boasts of being a well-educated and progressive nation, its behavior in this incident clearly contradicts those claims, as evidenced by its military aggression toward Cambodia.
I call upon people of all nations and religions to closely monitor and examine the actions and rhetoric of the Thai government and military. This information is readily available and can be accessed through various social media platforms.
Influential figures within Thailand’s political and military leadership have resorted to unethical, provocative, and degrading language toward Cambodia’s leadership and people. They have openly mocked Cambodia’s sovereignty, claiming that Thailand could seize Phnom Penh in three hours or occupy the entire country in three days—along with other arrogant and baseless assertions. These are statements we, as Cambodians, have never made. Our nation has always chosen the path of dignity, diplomacy, and peace in maintaining good relations with neighboring countries.
Moreover, following the initial attack, Thailand deployed heavy weaponry, including F-16 fighter jets made by the United States. This act clearly reveals Thailand’s broader intention—not just to dispute border territories, but to pursue full-scale territorial aggression.
I respectfully ask people around the world to pay close attention to the true intentions of Thailand by examining official statements from top leaders of both Thailand and Cambodia. Only through such scrutiny can one truly understand the nature and scale of the current situation and Thailand’s real motivations.
As a Cambodian, I stand firm with dignity on behalf of my people, who have always upheld peace and justice. I urge the global community—including the Thai people themselves—to seek out the truth and understand that Cambodia has never invaded any country. We have only ever been on the receiving end of aggression, time and time again, until only a small portion of our ancestral land remains. Cambodia has always been the victim—often misrepresented, often hated without reason. Is it because our country is small? Or because we are poor?
Please, let justice be served for Cambodia.
