Royal Palace and Andaung Preng Pond (ស្រះអណ្តូងប្រេង)
Ancient Lingapura or Koh Ker, Temple
Royal Palace and Andaung Preng Pond (ស្រះអណ្តូងប្រេង) are the important spot in Koh Ker complex. These were built during the second quarter of the 10th century under the reign of Jayavarman IV, who briefly moved the capital of Khmer Empire form Angkor to Koh Ker. The Royal Palace enclosure, measuring approximately 240 meters (East-West) and 188 meters (North-South), is located approximately 200 meters northwest of the Rahal and 500-meter south of Prasat Thom. According to historians, the Royal Palace complex likely included wooden structures (now lost), surrounded by moats, walls, and temples. Although there are nothing remains of the actual palace buildings, the site’s layout and associated sanctuaries suggest it was a center of political and spiritual power.

Bak Temple is one of the lesser-known shrines within the ancient capital of Chok Gargyar or known as Koh Ker complex presently, a significant archaeological site in northern Cambodia (Preah Vihear Province) that briefly served as the capital of the Khmer Empire in the 10th century, during the reign of Jayavarman IV. The dilapidated state of this laterite temple lies some 2.5 kilometers south of the south-west corner of the Rahal (Baray or Artificial Reservoir).
Nestled amid dense forest, this small-sized reflects the distinctive Koh Ker style, known for its bold, linear structures and use of laterite and sandstone. Though modest in size, the temple may have once been an active Hindu shrine, possibly dedicated to Shiva and later Ganesha, consistent with the religious practices of the era.

The temple towers were decorated with the false door in the north and south, while the east is built on a single lava stone base with three staircases. It was constructed in the Koh Ker style in the 10th century by the king Jayavarman IV and dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva.
Located in Koh Ker village, Sraryorng commune of Kulen District, the Koh Ker style temple was built in the 10th century during the reign of King Jayavarman IV, dedicated to Lord Shiva of Hinduism. Today, the temple is located 3 km southeast of Koh Ker village, 400 meters southeast, slightly southeast of Rohal and 400 meters southeast of Prasat Chamreh.

Aob Neang Temple or Kraham Temple is one of the lesser-known shrines within the ancient capital of Chok Gargyar or known as Koh Ker complex presently, a significant archaeological site in northern Cambodia (Preah Vihear Province) that briefly served as the capital of the Khmer Empire in the 10th century, during the reign of Jayavarman IV. Lying in Koh Ker’s southern section or located around 400 meter south of the Rahal Baray at Koh Ker, this small temple was made of brick and the main tower is 7 meters high, originally surrounded by a fence. Although, currently the main tower and fence are only partially intact.
