Bikes left for Kampong Cham...

First time to start a tour there but saves us the hassle of Phnom Penh & keeps us fresher for the off-road road than all that black top out of .

Time for beers, recon and looking at maps on the banks of the Mekong in beautiful Kampong Cham town while waiting for the bikes to arrive.

Bikes travel like this at night so Guide Slim is in Kampong Cham already and will be up at 3 or 4am to receive them before starting out at 8am. Guide Rong pictured will sit this one out.

Guest will weave their way up the Mekong from Kampong Cham as far as Preah taking in both banks of the Mekong east and west.

They make a point of visiting ancient monasteries, beautiful resorts along the way, stunning natural wonders, river islands and just the mighty Mekong itself.

These guests stipulated good hotels and Mr. Slim so we can add well sourced, excellent food and a lot of laughs.
