About the Role:
As a Bike & Zipline Ranger, you’ll be the friendly face and guiding hand that ensures our guests have a thrilling and safe experience on our bike & zipline courses. You’ll be responsible for assisting guests with harnessing, conducting safety checks, guiding them through the course, and making sure they have an unforgettable adventure with assigned route through magical of Angkor.
Key Responsibilities:
*Guest Safety & Support: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, perform harness fittings, and conduct equipment checks.
*Course Guidance: Lead guests through the zipline or Bike course, providing instructions, encouragement, and support as needed.
*Communication: Communicate clearly and confidently with guests to make them feel comfortable and prepared.
*Maintenance & Inspections: Assist in daily equipment checks and course maintenance to ensure a safe environment.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Rangers to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Qualifications:
*Tour guide license is required
*Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
*Previous experience in outdoor adventure activities is a plus.
*Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
*Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle safety procedures effectively.
*Availability to work weekends and holidays.
