This message is to notify you of an upcoming balloon replacement. Angkor Balloon will temporarily suspend operations, with plans to resume on October 15, 2025.

This massage contains important information relating to the new balloon replacement and details on certain check to make sure if any impacting the services we offer to you.
As part of our commitment to provide you with better and more efficient services, we are writing to inform you that, during the replacement of new balloon period from 27 November 2024 until 15 October 2025, our services will be suspended for approximately 12 months.
After the replacement period, we will be able to provide our normal services as usual.
