We are a team of students from the Liger Leadership Academy (LLA) who started a bike tour experience called Journeys of Change. Liger is a full scholarship residential institution for young, economically disadvantaged Cambodians with great potential. Liger students believe that we are change agents who can make positive changes within our country. This bike experience is just one of the many examples of our project-based learning curriculum that focuses on development and was designed to provide work skills and opportunities for our future. Our mission is to share insights into the lives of everyday Cambodians by creating a tour for visitors and locals of the Phnom Penh area. The tour will focus on explaining the changes that have occurred and are occurring in this country while simultaneously supporting local businesses,___ environment, training in responsible tourism, providing cross-cultural exchanges, and creating job opportunities for Liger students to help further and fund our education after high school.
