Classes are held every day at our Busan studio! 🌿 We went up to the garden, harvested seasonal vegetables, and made Bibimbap again today. We even decorated it with a special herb, the beautiful angelica flower! ✨ Today, we had such a joyful class with a lovely French team. We are so thrilled that so many French guests and chefs have been visiting I Love Hansik this year! 🇫🇷👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

Planting Day at Our Rooftop Garden!

Today was planting day at our rooftop garden! Since it was also a class day, we had a wonderful time planting various Korean vegetables with our students.

We planted Korean eggplants, perilla leaves (Kkaennip), Ulleungdo wild vegetables (namul), and water dropwort (Minari). Now that the cabbage season has come to an end, we are looking forward to the new harvest. These fresh greens will be ready to pick by next month!

It’s always special to share the beginning of the “farm-to-table” journey with our students. Stay tuned for our upcoming seasonal dishes!

It’s getting chilly in Busan starting this evening. To prepare for the cold, we harvested radishes from the I Love Hansik rooftop garden today to make preserved foods.
