Between Koreans, we don't call each other BBQ.
You will find that most restaurants in Korea specialize in one category or a few menus.
For example, most meat restaurants serve beef or pork. Even within the same category, some meat restaurants sell specific menus, such as pork ribs, which are marinated pork ribs grilled on the grill.
If you go to Suwon City, you will hear that Suwon is famous for galbi and there are several large restaurants that only sell galbi, which is marinated beef ribs grilled on the grill.
So, to help customers understand, I created a diagram that will help you understand what Korean BBQ is.
