Enjoyed a delicious Open Toast Eggs Benedict with salmon and avocado, paired with a smooth hot flat white at World Cafe, just below my hotel on Liverpool Street in Sydney’s CBD. Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed to start the day right. ✨

Savoring every bite at Stephen’s at Balay Puti! From creamy seafood risotto and tasty croquetas to Tim’s Boquerones, crispy catfish salad, refreshing watermelon salad, fall-off-the-bone bad boy cola braised pork ribs, and the perfect lemon curd pavlova to end the meal. Can’t wait to go back for more!
