Hello Everyone!! This is Jinh & Chloe. We are outgoing married couple living with two kids who are a 8 year old girl and a 4 year old boy. We are almost like born and raised locals in this area Songpa one of the best city in Seoul and we would love to proudly represent to you guys our beautiful hometown. We’ve been traveling to many countries around the world for both holidays and work. And we alw
ays love traveling to other countries, meeting new friends from all over the world, trying new foods, learning new cultures, sharing experiences and so on. Since Chloe used to work at the world class hotel chain for more than a decade, so we could stay at 5 star hotels with really cheap cost whenever we traveled. Of course just like you can imagine staying at the 5 star hotel was super cool. But something we could never had was chance to being friends with locals and that’s the reason why now I prefer to stay in local home. So we think Airbnb could be the real solution for the travelers like us for sure. It wasn’t that long term but life in NZ blowed my mind and moreover being with foreign friends totally changed our lives. So recently we decided to set up the “Comestay”. We are very looking forward to meeting you soon.

* Accommodation
“Comestay” is a newly renovated apartment with 3 individual bedrooms with a key lock, shared Two full bathrooms+ One Rooftop toilet, a Living room with cable TV and double-sized couch bed, a rooftop garden area for Korean BBQ. Kitchen with fully equipped stuffs like a sink, a freezer, a gas cooking stove, a rice cooker, a micro wave, a toaster, filtered hot & cold water and coffee machine and a dinning table. And a back balcony with washer and dryer
Individual 3 rooms with a key lock
- Room KR (Korea) : spacious and huge double bedroom with an Extra up and down single bunk bed for up to 4 person.
- Room CA (Canada) : fancy designed double bedroom for up to 2 person.
- Room TH (Thailand) : cosy and well-lighted double bedroom for up to 2 person
- Entire house also can be rent by large group of people. It's cozy and clean, with cool design elements. It's your best choice when visiting Seoul.
* Location
“Comestay” is located in Jamsil area, Songpa, the one of the most beautiful and eco-friendly city in Seoul. About 5 mins walk from Gangdong-gu Office Station (Line 8) exit #5 and Less than 12 mins walk from Cheonho Station (Line 5 & 8) exit #9. Easy access to anywhere in Seoul
- Only 1 subway station away from the Olympic park, where you can enjoy K-pop concerts and walk around the beautiful park.
- And also only 2 stations away from well known Lotte 123 Tower where you can find department stores, duty-free shops, an Aquarium and even the Lotte World amusement park.
- 10 mins from Garak agricultural and fishery market the biggest one in Korea.
- Less than 20 mins from Gangnam area
- About 30 mins from Dongdaemun and Myungdong shopping district.
- There are many highways around here so from this area easy to go Skiing & Snowboarding.
* What you can use/ Where you can be/ What we provide
- Simply use facilities like shared bathrooms, livingroom, kitchen, and rooftop garden area "Except my Working Desk in the balcony". It would be better to ask me in advance if you are not so sure or need anything
- We provide free wifi, cable channels for you to use. (with no extra charge) and also provide a sink, a freezer, a gas cooking stove, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster, filtered hot & cold water, a coffee machine, dinning table, washing machine and hair dryer.
- Enjoy your breakfast by yourself! Free plain bread, jam and coffee are ready in the kitchen!
- Workout at the park close by in the neighborhood and the Han River park.
- Free bike is available right in front of the Han River park. Your ID will be needed.

- Normally we stay and work in the apt during the daytime and I personally live very close to the apt. My family including young two kids and friends come quite often.
- We would like to give my family and friends chances to meet you guys and become friends, learn languages and experience cultural differences. Even for you No such a chance to do those things at the hotels.
- We can guide you around the neighborhood for free.
- And If you want to have a look around Seoul and even out of Seoul, just feel free to ask me.
- Any activities like Bike tour around Songpa with us is welcomed.
- Most of all If you need me I can be there within 10 mins.
* How to Clean, Do the Dishes, Do the Laundry,
Empty the wastebasket & Seperating the Recycled waste.
- We always wash the bed sheets thoroughly after the previous guests check out.
- We always wash the towels after use.
- We regulary clean up the bathrooms.
- Please vacuum your room by yourself for long stay
- Please do the dishes after using them and turn them back to where they used to be.
- Please wash, dry and change the bed sheets by yourself for long-term stays. Each room has a clothes horse for drying your underwears. You can dry other things like clothes and the bed sheets on the rooftop.
- Please empty the wastebasket by yourself for long-term stays.
- Please seperate the recyclable waste and put into the recycle bins for our planet. It is very strict by law in Korea.
* Our neighborhood
- There are traditional market, cafes, pubs and several local restaurants for Korean food around the neighborhood.
- Until midnight and even more after that many restaurants and pubs are still open, it is very safe to walk around with no worry.
- 24hour CVS are right in front of the alley.
- Han River park is only 3 mins by walk so you can go for a walk and ride a bike whenever you want.
- Peaceful environment surrounded by green area.
- Please let me be your local friend. Ask me with no hassle.
* How to get to “Comestay” from INCHEON Airport
- If you are landing in Incheon Airport, you may simply take the No. 6200 airport limousine bus straight to Gangdong-gu Office Station (Line 8) exit #1 and this stop is the 2nd stop, (60 mins approximately). NO NEED TO TRANSFER!
- Walk about 5 mins to my apt. Please let me know when you take the bus at the airport and I’m willing to guide you to the apt unless I am not in Seoul.
- If you have elders coming along, please be aware that we are located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator coming up, but Of course I can help you to move your luggages up to the apt.
- Of course cheaper way is take the airport limousine bus. But if you arrive at the airport very late, come with many friends or family and for any reasons, them just let us know. We will arrange taxi for you.
- If you look for a free parking place, Please ask me in advance. We are looking for responsible guests who will treat our place like their own.
- No Smoking in the house! Not Even in the balcony and on the rooftop garden. Of course No Drugs!
- We have friendly neighbors, so Please always keep the voice down especially after 9pm. (Hardcore Party is not allowed)
- Do not toss anything downstairs. Otherwise you will be charged USD 200 or accused by our neighbors.
- Please make sure you turn off all lights, water and electric devices before you leave the apt. Care for our planet, please save energy.
- And also please close the windows in case of sudden weather change.
- Please make sure to lock all the doors and windows before you leave the house.
- Especially every room should be locked and always bring the key with you. We are not responsible for your belongings.
- Please take off your shoes and wear sandals in the apt to reduce stepping noise of floor. Do not run and jump around. Thank you!
