- Visiting Gyodongdo island which is refugee's village and peaceful island (Tour 10:00~18:00, Minimum 3 people, $80 per person, Lunch included)
Gyodong Island, which is in Ganghwa , Incheon, it’s possible to get a glimpse of North Korea. Beyond the wire fence is Yeonbaek County, Hwanghae Province.
The island became more readily accessible in July of last year with the construction of the Gyodong Bridge connecting the island to Ganghwa Island.The village named Deryong village was built by refugee's people in 1950s.
Many visitors come to see the towns that seem to have stopped developing in the 1960s or ’70s.There are old babershop , home- apilance repair ship and coffe shopInside the old barber shop are combs, scissors, brushes and other items that look as if they are more than 50 years old. Ji’s certificate to be a barber hanging on the wall is dated July 10, 1965.
Gyodong Isand is designated as a Peace Life zone that don't have any weapon and gun.
One of the top attractions is a site where visitors can find traces of Korea's oldest Confucian school, called "Hyanggyo." Ancestral tablets of famous scholars also mark the spot.
We will start our trip at 10:00AM. We will meet up near Shindorim station exit1 and go to Gydongdo island
It takes about 2hours by car from Seoul to Gyodongdo.
It would be a good time to see refugee's people life style.

10.00 -10.10- Gather at Meeting Point and drive to destination
10.10-12.10- Arrive to Gyodongdo island
12.10-13.10- Lunch(Korean food , you can order below under 8,000won
13.10-15.00- Visit to Gyodong village
15.00-16.00- Visit to Kyodong academic school which called Hyanggyo
16:00-18.00- Arrive to Seoul
