한국에서 거주하셨다는 코이카에서 일하시는 다국적 손님..
매운 것을 한국인보다 더 좋아한다고 김치 만드시는 내내 웃음이 끊기지 않았습니다. 이 일을 하면서 최고로 행복한 순간입니다. ^^

안녕하세요.
서울전통문화체험관을 응원해 주시고 관심있게 사진도 보고 글도 읽어주시고 "좋아요" 눌러주시는 친구분들!

2014년 체험관에서 올해도 어김없이 지리산에 차를 만들러 다녀
왔습니다... 간곳은 섬진강가 화개장터에서 가까운 명종제다입니다.
파릇파릇 올라온 여린찻잎도 따고 섬진강의 아름다운경치도 즐겼습니다.

지금쯤 딴 찻잎으로 만든차를 세작이라고 합니다.
무쇠솥에 찻잎을 덕고 멍석위에서 유념하고 하는 과정을 5번 이나 반복 땀으로 샤워할만큼 힘든 작업입니다.

최고급 녹차는 9증9포라고 해서 9번 반복한다고도 합니다.
그걸 햇볕에 건조하고 이물질을 걸러내는 과정을 거쳐드뎌 녹차가 완성되었습니다.

쨘~~~~!!!!!!

韓国の"智異山"と言う山に行き
当体験館の「宮中茶食作り」や「茶道」の体験で使われるお茶を作りに行ってきました。
大変大変な作業です。。。うううう＞＜；；
熱い太陽の下で、新しく生えた来る「新葉」だけを収穫しなければなりませんでした。
スタートが汗～笑
ご来館なさるお客様へ、
中国、日本、韓国　
アジアの「茶」の違いについて、もっと知って頂きたいです！

How are you all??
I went to the mountain called Mt. Jiri to make our own tea leaf, which used for our "tea ceremony" at culture class.

It was very tough work during the sunny day.
Anyone interested to taste Korean Tea as well as to know know differences between Chinese, Japanese and Korean Tea? Come and join us our culture class!!
You wont regreat it~!!!! ^____^
