Booking fee is a half of the room's price. Three weeks notice. It means when you want to cancel the booking, you should let me know at least before THREE weeks. I'll pay back the same amount of the fee. (For example, when you choose No.1 room, which is 600,000won per month. The booking fee is 300,000won. ) It is NOT deposit!! I dont need deposit. When you arrive here, if you cannot be satisfied with your room's condition or my house's condition, ill pay back immediately. Also, I will just calculate how long you stayed here per day. :D
