Running on just a few hours of sleep after a delayed overnight flight in from Türkiye but London summer was calling ☀️

Had to hit a solo run and then enjoy a little picnic in the park! I love M&S so much 🇬🇧

In 2020, I was lucky enough to paddle Santa Elena Canyon in Big Bend National Park. As you can see from this video, this stunning protected land is home to some beautiful animals like bears, tarantulas, javelinas and little guys like frogs. It’s also a vast, wild canyon that isn’t a good spot to cross the Mexico border anyway. This administration’s decision to proceed with a border wall in one of our sacred national parks is not only wasteful, it’s cruel and a total rejection of American values. Please contact your representatives and tell them to protect Big Bend, defund ICE and spread the word!
