Island Pine Villas is located in the most desirable stretch of Seven Mile Beach just steps away from some of the finest restaurants in Grand Cayman, shopping at Camana Bay, night clubs, bars, and of course the beach. It is also one of the safest neighbourhoods in Grand Cayman however we do ask that our guests exercise common sense when considering late night walks on the beach. Getting Around
Buses are available right on West Bay Road steps away from your Cayman Islands home however Island Pine Villas is very centrally and optimally located to enjoy some of the best of what Grand Cayman has to offer on foot. Many taxi services are also available and most major car rental companies can be found here. As such we ask that our guests do not smoke in our home or screened patio at any time. We reserve the right to take any necessary action such as withholding of any deposit or payment and/or evicting any guest without notice should any of our guests or their guests fail to honour our non-smoking policy.
