Can AI redesign tourism?

I believe it already has, to a large extent.

This World Tourism Day's theme, "DigitalKazinDMCand Artificial Intelligence to Redesign Tourism", feels timely.

The future of travel is being reshaped by data used intelligently: to plan better, connect better, and experience more. That's a win for both travel companies and the customers navigating countless moving parts from enquiries, itineraries, to communication and ex*****on.

But just because we can bring history to life with AI, should we?

At Kazin DMC, we're deliberate about where we invest. We're building in-house, AI-led systems and seamless travel technology to streamline operations and make planning easier for our partners, but not at any cost.

When the team asks, "Can we build this with AI?"
The answer is usually yes.
Faster responses, smarter booking engines, easier itinerary building - all practical and possible.
But when it comes to automation to save time, I push back a little: don't trade away the warmth and personal touch our partners value.

So the real question isn't: can we use AI?

It's: What can we redesign because AI now makes it possible?
* Can we respond faster?
* Can we simplify complex itineraries?
* Can we give partners more visibility and control?
* Can we cut operational friction?

Yes, and we're continuing to discover how far this goes.

But at the heart of tourism, always keep people at the centre.

Technology can make travel smarter and more seamless. It's human understanding, local expertise, and meaningful connection that make a journey memorable.
