June 14th at The Namkhan – a day of movement, connection, and intention ❤️

We had an incredible time celebrating Global Wellness Day 2025 under the vibrant theme . From sunrise yoga to laughter in the garden, this day reminded us how essential it is to care for our wellbeing — not just once a year, but every day.

We’re especially proud of our team — the heart of our resort’s wellness spirit — who actively lead by example and support each other daily in living well, mindfully, and with purpose. 🌿

Together, we embraced the 7 core steps of GWD:
1. Walk for an hour
2. Drink more water
3. Eat healthy food

World Environment Day at The Namkhan 🌏
On June 5th, we came together to celebrate World Environment Day with purpose and heart. Our incredible team joined hands with the nearby villages of Ban Donkeo and Ban Phanom, who generously delegated over 50 volunteers to support our clean-up initiative around the resort and surrounding areas. 💪💚

Together, we collected waste, restored natural beauty, and set an inspiring example of sustainability and care for Mother Earth. It was more than just a clean-up — it was a moment of unity, connection, and commitment to a greener future.
