A lovely and heartfelt tribute to the wonderful Noi from Doi Ka Noi whose recent passing at such a young age is so deeply sad. We loved eating and collaborating with DKN and will miss Noi's delicious, fresh and seasonal Lao dishes. We cherish our copy of her amazing cookbook and encourage others to get a copy and start tasting real Lao food 🧡

Doi Ka Noi closes after the sudden passing of Chef Noi. A Child of the Rice Fields, now carries her legacy to kitchens worldwide.
