My son Ayaan told me today: ‘Mam, je veux que tu me donnes à manger la man’ouché saj avec tes mains’ (Mom, I want you to feed me the man’ouché with your hands). He said it, and I stopped. I was so weighed down by the heaviness of the day, rushing to finish my endless home and work tasks…
but he stopped me, telling me clearly that he needed more of me. We sat with that man’ouché together, and he took his time with every single bite.
I realized how amazing it is that he could verbalize his exact need. In a world that pushes for constant independence, today he reminded me that it’s okay to be vulnerable and simply ask to be fed.

I see him feeding my grandmother sometimes. Did she wish to become vulnerable again after all this life? Probably not, but it is what it is. We start our lives vulnerable and we end them vulnerable too, as the ego fades. But what happens in the middle? Do we work daily on our vulnerability? Do we allow it to live?

I asked myself: do I love to be fed by the hands of my beloved, my friends, or my parents sometimes? Deeply, purely, yes. 🌻
I worship hands filled with love, and I make poetry out of these fragile moments. I melt into the wonder of existence. I breathe, and I am. ✨

Thank you, Ayaan, for today’s reminder to melt a little more into my own being. 🌊🤍

Last month I lost my car keys.
Today, the universe took my mirror. 🔑✨

We often treat life’s « accidents » as inconveniences, looking for « oil on the road »–an external cause to blame for our world turning upside down.
But I’ve come to realize that the physical world is often just a literal reflection of our internal re-wiring.
Our outer reality is constantly responding to the frequency we hold inside.

Two weeks ago, under the New Moon, I performed a ritual to release an old version of myself.
I told the universe I didn’t need the « key » to that door anymore. I didn’t realize how literally it would respond.

The « flip » wasn’t a crash; it was a recalibration.

When we stop searching for excuses outside of ourselves, we start to see that the obstacles are actually the path clearing itself.✨

The keys vanished to force a pause. The dream arrived to show the shift. And today, the rearview mirror was removed to ensure I keep my eyes on the horizon.

The glass didn’t shatter, but the ability to look back is gone.

This is just the beginning of a larger map. I’m finally ready to let the stories surface–sharing the special encounters and soul-moments that have shaped this journey, as they are meant to be told.

The journey has always been an Insideoutvoyage.🌞

Drop a 🌍 if you’ve ever had a « key » moment where the physical world mirrored your inner shift.

The Sacred Recognition: When Awareness Meets Awareness

Love has always been the center of songs, movies, and human curiosity. Yet, as loudly as love is discussed, the soul can still shrink.

How often has the person waited for the other to say « I love you » first?
How often has someone loved simply to fill an unconscious void?
Society demands performance over truth.
People are taught to chase the « big move, » the exciting mask, and the interesting persona.
When childhoods are filled with constant stimulation, the adult mind struggles to witness the quiet power of stillness–the true state of being.

People have been trained to misunderstand. The person often approaches the other from a place of lack. When two unconscious needs meet, the lesson is either learned or the person remains lost in a drama of « unfinished excitement. »

When love is treated as a passive emotion and that emotion fades, the void is left naked again. The person then rushes to fill it with another form, another shelf life, running from the silence.

But what is real love?
It is awareness meeting awareness.
Truth meeting truth.

It is not fireworks; it is recognition. It is a mirroring of the self through the same consciousness.
At that moment, the « game » ends and an ongoing meditation begins–one that grows daily through patience and serenity. It is the process of peeling away layers, realizing that the other’s simple presence has opened a space for you to finally exist. ✨

When the mask is pulled away, the person realizes that what was thought was conscious was merely an illusion. To disarm oneself is tough; the mind can hardly believe that in a world of performance, such truth exists.
Between the person and the beloved, love is no longer an emotion, but a daily practice of authenticity. Every breath becomes an opportunity for deeper truth–a dissolution of the ego–until the Beloved is seen manifested everywhere.

Life becomes poetry, and the ordinary becomes extraordinary.✨🌱❤️

Five years ago, I was reborn.
My labor contractions shifted my ribs, creating space so you could find your way into this world.
Even now – as every year around this time – my body remembers the pain, and the echo of your gentle movements inside me. You arrived when you were ready, with your own will, your own timing. ✨

Tomorrow is your birthday – and in a quiet way, it is mine too.✨

After giving you birth, my neighbors asked me if you were born on the Messiah’s birthday. I smiled inwardly and told them you were slowly making your way, without rush, without expectation. You came carrying your own blessings, walking your own path.
You came to teach me unconditional love –
the patience of waiting, the grace of giving without expecting in return.

Thank you for opening my heart, day by day.🌿🤍

Merry Christmas to all. May peace and growth live within us, across our lands, and in our oceans.🕊️🤍
