Despite all the hard times our region is going through today, t's truly uplifting to witness the Outdoors Lebanese community actively participating in the trail opening of Kfarswelwan mountain, 'Mount Kneisseh', dedicated to preserving its unique endemic species. Each individual's commitment to safeguarding Lebanon's beauty and biodiversity is truly exceptional. 🪻

Heartfelt gratitude to for their exceptional work in environmental – a vital initiative for the well-being of Lebanon and future generations. 🌱

Appreciation to the Women's Association of Kfarselwan for their warm hospitality. Building collaborations and fostering long-term partnerships are key elements that will contribute significantly to Lebanon's resurgence, particularly in rural development and eco-tourism. 💚

Remember, yoga is not only for adults but kids, too. Yoga is a wonderful activity for children as it not only helps them build physical strength and flexibility but also enhances their ability to concentrate and relax.

In our recent session, we had the pleasure of collaborating with the wonderfully talented Naji, who led a two-hour meditation and yoga session. The atmosphere was filled with high energy and moments of calm, creating a truly fulfilling experience for all who attended.

120 new Cedar trees in our mountains 🌲🏔️🇱🇧

In collaboration with CSEB (Comité de sauvegarde de l'environnement - Bcharre) and the Maronite Scouts of Bcharre, the young scouts learned about the basics of reforestation and did a great job planting 120 baby Cedar trees (Cedrus Libani) in the cedar mountains 👌

"St. Jacob" hiking trail is a 1.3 km downhill trail that starts from Bcharre next to St. George park and leads to the old monastery of "Mar Lichaa" 🌳⛪

Fall is not over and the weather is still perfect for a hike in Kadisha 🍁🍂

"Mar Asia (مار اسيا)" monastery is a beautiful destination for short hike in Kadisha. just a couple of kilometers far on an easy downhill trail starting in Hasroun. Next to the monastery you can find a water source, which makes this place perfect for a break after a good hike 🚶‍♀️⛰️

And if you're lucky enough, you will end your day with a beautiful sunset just like we did :) 🌄 (photo #10)
