🇱🇧 Back to our beautiful Lebanon…
Spiritual tourism in Lebanon is not just a journey—it is a living testimony of coexistence. A country where 3 religions and 19 sects live side by side, a richness once described by Pope Saint John Paul II as “Lebanon is more than a country, it is a message.”
At Vamos Todos, we believe in this message. Together with our partners, we are working to take this vision from Lebanon to West Asia and beyond through our initiative:
🌿 Nature for Peace – Trails that connect not only places, but people, youth, and communities.
✨ Our day was a journey through history, faith, and identity:
• Smar Jbeil – Visit to Mar Nohra, one of the oldest churches in the region, followed by Saydet Al Maounet Al Athariyeh, rich in heritage and spirituality.
• Walk to Bir Mar Nohra, where legend says the saint’s fingers left marks on the well’s edge—a powerful story of faith and sacrifice.
• Exploration of the archaeological castle of Smar Jbeil, overlooking centuries of history.
• Visit to the Maronite Holy Family Monastery in Ibrine, where Sr. Hala shared the inspiring journey of Patriarch Hoyek—his spiritual and national mission.
• Stop at Saydet Al Nourieh, a unique Orthodox monastery built into the rock above the sea, carrying deep spiritual symbolism.
🌊 We continued to Anfeh, a coastal treasure:
• Visit to Saydet Al Natour Monastery, lovingly restored over 40 years by Sr. Katherine.
• Discovery of Mar Youhanna and the remarkable Bir Al Moumayaz.
• A special and heartwarming encounter at the monastery of Sr. Takla, adding a truly human touch to our journey.
🍽️ Lunch was simple, authentic, and delicious—homemade seafood prepared with love and zero waste. Because for us, true luxury is local, sustainable, and meaningful.
• Final visits to St. Catherine and St. Simon churches.
• And before leaving Anfeh, everyone carried a piece of history home—local salt, a tradition dating back to Phoenician times.
This is our Lebanon.
This is our story.
This is the message we carry to the world.
🇱🇧 رجعنا على لبنان الحلو…
السياحة الروحية بلبنان مش مجرد زيارة… هي رسالة عايشة بكل تفاصيلها. بلد بيجمع ٣ ديانات و١٩ طائفة بعيشوا سوا، وهيدا الغنى وصفه البابا القديس يوحنا بولس الثاني:
"لبنان أكثر من وطن… إنو رسالة."
ومن هالرسالة، عم نشتغل نحنا وشركاؤنا لنكبرها من لبنان إلى غرب آسيا والعالم من خلال مبادرتنا:
🌿 الطبيعة من أجل السلام – مسارات بتربط مش بس المناطق، بل الناس والشباب والمجتمعات.
✨ نهارنا كان رحلة بين الإيمان والتاريخ:
• سمر جبيل – زيارة مار نوهرا، من أقدم الكنائس، ومن بعدها سيدة المعونة الأثرية الغنية بتراثها.
• مشي وصولاً إلى بئر مار نوهرا، حيث بتروي الحكاية إنو أصابع القديس تركت آثارها على حافة البئر.
• زيارة القلعة الأثرية في سمر جبيل، شاهدة على تاريخ طويل.
• دير العائلة المقدسة الماروني – إبرين، حيث استقبلتنا الأخت هالة وشرحت مسيرة البطريرك الحويك الروحية والوطنية.
• محطة عند سيدة النورية، الدير الأرثوذكسي الفريد المطل على البحر.
🌊 بعدها توجهنا إلى أنفه:
• زيارة دير سيدة الناطور، الذي أعادت ترميمه الأخت كاترين على مدى أكثر من ٤٠ سنة.
• اكتشاف مار يوحنا وبئر المميز.
• لقاء مميز مع الأخت تقلا، اللي عطى للزيارة طابع إنساني خاص.
🍽️ الغداء كان بسيط، لذيذ، ومن القلب—مأكولات بحرية منزلية بأسلوب صفر نفايات.
لأنو بالنسبة إلنا، الفخامة الحقيقية هي بالأكل المحلي الأصيل.
• زيارة كنيستي القديسة كاترين والقديس سمعان.
• وقبل المغادرة، الكل حمل معه من ملح أنفه—تراث ممتد من أيام الفينيقيين لليوم.

وهيدي هي رسالتنا
