Through the support of Stand For Women, in partnership with and funded by and Agir Sa Vie, these women now carry more than just a certificate.. they carry the soft skills, strength, and vision needed to pursue their own ventures.

With the backing of our financial partner some of them will soon take their first steps into entrepreneurship, turning needle and thread into income, and ideas into opportunity.

COACHING and SISTERHOOD in action 🤝💗

Last week in , I had the privilege of co-leading a leadership development workshop alongside my long time friend and fellow coach Chérine Debbas.

Together, we worked with a dynamic group from the Saudi public sector, diving deep into real leadership questions; around trust, influence, alignment, and impact.

These moments of honest reflection are vital, especially for those shaping their nation’s future. Grateful to Strategy& Middle East for making this possible, and to every participant who brought their full selves to the room. The energy, insight, and shared purpose were truly unforgettable.

🚨 All the proceeds of the coaching work serve to finance Stand For Women and its projects in support of Lebanese women’s economic independence.

GetOverIt started with the idea of overcoming everything and turning it into a bold brand. It began as an online store featuring statement clothing, and later introduced their now-famous metallic bags. GOI recently launched a concept store that brings together 16 businesses — 14 of which are women-owned — offering everything from art deco and clothing to bags and organic products. Check them out!

The 14th edition of Women’s Journeys “Unique Journeys Collective Impact” was a success 🎉

Some inspiration from our speakers:
👩🏻‍🍳 Andrea Bouez started cooking dishes like vine leaves and sayadiyeh from a very young age. Now, she uses all local ingredients in her kitchen, Un peu fou
🧬 Maha Arayssi Rifai started her brand by creating a cream for her mom, which inspired her to co-create the brand Beesline
🎶 Yasmina Sabbah used to perform and organize entire concert productions with tickets, posters, and seating. Little did she know, that’s what she would go on to do
🫒 Rose Bechara Perini initially wanted to name her olive oil brand “Deir Mimas,” but because it’s a geographical area, she couldn’t register it. In our dialect, we call it Darmmess, and that’s how it all started
