Yala National Park, located in southeastern Sri Lanka, is famous for its rich wildlife. It is home to leopards, elephants, sloth bears, crocodiles, and hundreds of bird species. Yala has the highest leopard density in the world and offers some of the best safari experiences in Asia.
The best time to visit Yala National Park is during the dry season from February to July. During this period, Animals gather around waterholes, making wildlife easier to spot, especially leopards and elephants.
