The Department of Immigration and Emigration of Sri Lanka has temporarily deactivated the online visa portal (www.srilankaevisa.lk) with immediate effect and until further notice.

✈️ Tourists can now obtain visas:
✔️ Through Sri Lanka diplomatic missions
✔️ On arrival at the port of entry (visa fee remains unchanged)

⚠️ On-arrival visas are not available for nationals from:
Afghanistan, Syria, Ghana, Nigeria, Pakistan, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, North Korea, and Myanmar

🌏 Nationals from China, India, Indonesia, Russia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Japan may still obtain visas free of charge on arrival.
