SriLankan Airlines to resume flights to Moscow.

ශ්‍රී ලංකන් ගුවන් සේවය ජුලි 30 සිට සතියේ සෑම සිකුරාදා දිනකම රුසියාවේ මොස්කව් දක්වා ගුවන්ගමන් ආරම්භ කරනු ලබනවා.

A330-300 ගුවන් යානයක් උපයෝගී කරගනිමින් UL534 ගුවන් වාරය යටතේ සිකුරාදා රාත්‍රී 10.20ට මොස්කව් දක්වා ගුවන්ගමන් ආරම්භ කරන අතර රුසියානු වේලාවෙන් අලුයම 4.30ට මොස්කව් වෙත පැමිණෙනු ඇත.

නැවත ශ්‍රී ලංකාව වෙත UL534 යටතේ මොස්කව් සිට රාත්‍රී 7.15ට පිටත් ව ඊළඟ දවසේ එනම් ඉරිදා දින උදෑසන 06:05 ට නැවත කොළඹට පැමිණේ.

SriLankan Airlines resumes flights to the Russian capital, Moscow. SriLankan's new service will operate a weekly scheduled flight between Colombo's Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) and Moscow's Domodedovo Airport (DME) from 30th July 2021.

Accordingly, SriLankan would commence its flights to Russia every Friday using an Airbus A330 configured for 269 economy and 28 business class seats.

The frequency of operation will be once a week, having a flight time of around 08 hours and 25 minutes. Flight UL533 will depart Colombo at 22:20 hrs., landing at Moscow Domodedovo Airport at 04:30 hrs., with the return leg UL534 leaving Moscow at 19:15 hrs. the next day and landing back into Colombo at 06:05 hrs. on Sunday.

Tourism Minister hopes to reopen Airport by end of September

The Government hopes to reopen the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in Katunayake by the end of September, Minister of Tourism Prasanna Ranatunga said.
The Minister said the decision will be implemented only after obtaining approval from Health Authorities.
