A mindful evening of learning, listening, and looking closer at the world around us.

Experiential journeys Sri Lanka had the privilege of hosting an insightful session on “Birding in Sri Lanka” conducted by national guide Mr. Dammika Bandara. From bird identification fundamentals to understanding feathers, markings, and field observation techniques, the session reminded us that birding is not just about spotting birds, it is about patience, awareness, and connecting deeply with nature.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Dammika Bandara for sharing his knowledge, experience, and passion with our team. It was a truly mindful and valuable session that inspired us to see Sri Lanka’s incredible birdlife with even greater appreciation.
