Cave temple complex in Dambulla.

The ascent to the caves, which sit at a height of 150m above the plain offers a thrilling experience, and close contact with monkeys along the way. The panoramic view from the top of the rock is one of the best in Sri Lanka.

Tissamaharama, although mainly serves as a starting point for visits to Yala National Park, also it is famous for its large white restored dagoba. The monument has a circumference of 165m and stands 55.8m high. ...and it is nicely lit up at night. It is worth to visit on the way to Yala.
